3 Year Manufacturer's Limited Warranty

At Huni Badger, we stand behind our products and warrants the Huni Badger against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of up to three (3) years from the date of retail purchase from an authorized Huni Badger retailer. This warranty is applicable to the original purchaser and is nontransferable. If a covered defect arises and a claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, Huni Badger will either repair or replace the product with a functionally equivalent unit.

Start the process with our Warranty & Return form using your Order ID. You can also call us during business hours for any questions regarding your Huni Badger or to coordinate a return. If purchased within 30 days, please contact us for a free return label, otherwise you will need to send us the defective unit, and we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement back to you. All returned items must be received by us before a replacement will be issued. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing after we received your return.


  1. Start the RMA process by contacting us or filling out the Warranty & Return form using your order ID.
  2. Ship the defective unit via a trackable service such as a USPS Small Flat Rate Box to HUNI BADGER, 6445 S. Tenaya Way #120, Las Vegas, NV 89113
  3. Once we receive the package, our team will analyze the issue & repair or replace the unit.
  4. After testing that the unit is fully working, the unit is sent back via USPS Priority Mail shipping.

It is recommended to use packing material such as bubble wrap, newspaper, etc. to ensure that the unit safely reaches Huni Badger Headquarters! We know how important your Huni Badger can be to your daily routine, so we work extra hard to make sure that it’s back into your hands as soon as possible. Exclusions and Limitations

The Limited Warranty applies only to products manufactured by Huni Badger, identifiable by the Huni Badger name or logo affixed to it, purchased through an authorized retailer.

This warranty does not apply to (a) damage caused by accidents, water, abuse, or any other external causes; (b) damage caused by operating outside the permitted or intended use as described on HuniBadger.com; (c) cosmetic damages, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken pieces; (d) any products or part which had been modified or altered.

The Limited Warranty does not cover any non-Huni Badger products such as batteries, chargers, bubblers and do not apply to normal performance degradation of replaceable parts such as the HuniTip heating elements.

Out-of-Warranty Devices

For out-of-warranty Huni Badger devices, we apply the following fees.

The charge for repairs involving the replacement of the main internal component is $59.

For repairs that do not require replacement parts, such as addressing issues with the LED light or a stuck HuniTip, the fee is $29.

This fee includes the cost of Priority Mail shipping back to you within the United States and its territories. For customers outside the United States, an additional international shipping fee will be added.  Please contact us or email our customer service admin@hunibadger.com for out-of-warranty repairs.


Return Policy - Please carefully research the product before purchasing. Refunds are only available for new and unopened/unused devices purchased on HuniBadger.com, within thirty (30) days. Huni Badger products purchased through a retailer should be handled directly with the retailer based on their terms and conditions, and cannot be refunded by Huni Badger.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of shipping charge will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your card issuer, it may take up to 2 billing cycles for the refund to reflect on your statement.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so we highly recommend using a shipping service with tracking number or purchase shipping insurance. We will not be responsible for products lost or damaged during shipping when returning the items to us.
