We are so lucky to be based in Las Vegas, one of Electric Daisy Carnival's biggest stops every year. With over 200 artists lined up performing at this year's event, EDC was a huge hit this year as well. The EDC this year was not only limited to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, but it also took over our famous Sin City strip the entire EDC week from the 12th to 19th.

Artists galore performed here all through the music and dance fest. The EDC week opening party had Duke Dumont kick-off the celebrations at XS Nightclub (Encore) on Monday, the 12th. Zedd performed at Omnia on the 13th, while performances the following day included artists like Bijou, Hardwell, Andrew Rayel & Firebeatz, Jauz and Tommy Trash. The magnetic duo of Like Mike and Dimitri Vegas took over the Encore club on the 15th. Also performed on this day was Ben Nicky, Ruben De Ronde, ATB and Markus Schulz among others. The dedicated trance band of Dreamstate held their first ever Dreamstate pool party, closing the night with artists like Aly and Fila, Vini Vici, Paul Van Dyk and John O’Callaghan.

Scores of artists performed on the 16th, like Don Diablo, GTA, Zedd and Martin Garrix among others. The highly popular Alan Walker & Kygo over on the 17th with others like Dillon Francis and Marshmallow. Afrojack, Tiësto and Alesso were some of the performers on the 18th. The final day ended with artists like, Vini Vici, Lost Frequencies and ATB.

We were able to make it on Sunday this year, so we bought some last minute tickets off Craigslist, packed our Huni Badger, essentials, a bank of 18650 batteries for the night, and headed out.  We were now on the way to EDC Las Vegas 2017!!

We got on the freeway about 8:30pm, and as expected, it was jam-packed with traffic; it looked like the whole city was going to EDC! As we patiently waited for the cars inch forward, we warmed up with some music and chatted the entire way while puffing on some vape products we just received from ProVape online shop.  Two people in our group had never been to EDC and were really antsy as we slowly drove with the traffic.  At around 10:30pm, 2 hours later, we finally arrived!!

As we walk up to the gate, we noticed the long lines of people at the security checkpoint. This is where they check your ID, EDC wristband, and search your belongings to make sure you weren’t carrying anything illegal into the event. We saw that one of the lines was moving quicker so we decided to go there. A quick pat down, ID check, and a scan of our wristbands—we were in. That was it, the moment we’ve all been waiting for!

Walking into EDC from the grandstand was  always a breathtaking sight. The colors, the sounds, and the people! Everyone was so friendly and ready to have a good time, coming together to create the biggest party in the world. There were multiple music stages, carnival rides, circus performers, abstract art structures, and so much more to see!

The first set we went to was at Kinetic Field for Marshmello. I felt as if the music just vibrates and resonates within me, he was fantastic. After their performance, we decided to roam around and grab some drinks. We found a nice grassy area to sit and relax. I whipped out my Huni Badger and passed it around. We all took some good hits and laid back to enjoy the good vibes.

Shortly after, we walked over to Cosmic Meadows to catch Yellow Claw’s set, as he was ready to please the crowd with his Amsterdam style. They were phenomenal. What a night to remember!

Beautiful sunrise @ the Kinetic Field before leaving the event.
